Michael asked me to post more “movie” words and expressions. So, here are a few more:
Q- Did you sleep well?
A- On and off. (that means the person had periods in which he/she was both awakened and asleep)

I’m stumped for your decision: Estou perplexo com sua decisão.
Off-the-cut comments: palavras ditas que geram arrependimento depois
Somebody’s dogging me out: alguém está me perseguindo
Hand-me-downs (clothes): roupas usadas passadas a alguém
The medicine’s worn off: passou o efeito do remédio
