CHARLES LEADBEATER ON INNOVATIVE EDUCATION AROUND THE WORLD

You have to watch this lecture on new cognitivism-driven teaching and learning methods which stress the value of social interaction in order to acquire the right skills to "survive" in this highly competitive world. Ah, Portuguese subtitles available and the translator did a great job.

TOUCHSTONE LEVEL 2 VIDEO
There's little doubt that this course has been extremely effective on the student's learning process. Used in conjunction with other reliable and contemporary materials, Touchstone prescribes activities and modern life experiences that put every student as close to "real" English as possible.
Here' a video that presents interesting conversations which language is based on the "scope and sequence" of level 2 as well as the "corpus frequency".

Notice how the characters chats recycle structures from some lessons and how these key words and phrases play a major role in everyday and real life situations. Hopefully, we may use this video for additional listening and speaking activity in class.
